Producing a number of stellar defensive games, he got a game high 7  tackles, with most of them being open field in a game against Lexington Catholic, one of the toughest opponents in the state. Marquis played little league football for one year and high school football for three years. After he graduates in May 2013 he hopes to play college football and pursue a career in video game design.
