Kentucky’s track and field teams will face their last tests the indoor regular season at two meets this weekend: Arkansas’ Tyson Invitational and the Iowa State Classic.

Forty athletes will compete at the Tyson Invitational inside the Randal Tyson Track Center on Friday and Saturday. The large contingent of Wildcats competing at Arkansas will have a chance to test the surfaces where they will contest the SEC Indoor Championships in two weeks’ time.
Many of UK’s veterans are well acquainted with the facility having competed in the NCAA Championships there last year, in addition to the annual Tyson Invitational.
The Tyson Invitational will be broadcast on SEC Network+.
Three distance runners – Jacob Thomson, Katy Kunc and Shane Dillon – will run on the 300-meter track at the Lied Recreation Athletic Center as part of the ISU Classic.
Thomson and Kunc are entered in Friday’s 5ks, while Dillon is scheduled to run the 800m on Saturday at 5:10 p.m. ET.
The Iowa State Classic will be broadcast on the FloTrack Pro subscription service.
Tyson Invitational live results can be found at while DeltaTiming will do the ISU Classics results.

The most up-to-date coverage of the UK track and field program is available via @KentuckyTrack handles on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
