The Bellarmine University baseball team’s season opener at North Alabama has been moved up a day.
The visiting Knights will now make their season debut against the Lions at 7:30 p.m. (ET) Friday. Bellarmine and North Alabama will follow with a doubleheader starting at 2 p.m. Saturday.
Originally the teams were supposed to play Saturday and Sunday. Fear of potential inclement weather on Sunday led to the schedule change.
