Paul Childers will continue the Kentucky Football Pregame Concert Series on Saturday, taking the stage before the Wildcats host Eastern Michigan.
The concert will take place on the stage in the plaza outside Gate 12 of Kroger Field. Childers will play immediately following the Cat Walk presented by Chevy, which is set to begin at 1:45 p.m. Bradford BBQ and Mad Mike’s food trucks will be open next to the concert stage. The game between the 3-1 Wildcats and Eastern Michigan will kick off at 4 p.m.
Childers is a Kentucky-based singer/songwriter and guitarist. His music is a crowd-pleasing blend of pop, R&B and soul. Childers was one of eight musical acts that participated in UK’s Open for the Cats competition in August.
The Wildcats are 3-1 entering Saturday’s game, which is the second of three straight at home for UK. Tickets are available through UKFootballTix.com.
