Landon Board is the second all-time leading rusher at Owensboro High School doing in just 2 seasons of varsity play. Rushing for 1804 yards and 24 touchdowns on 217 attempts during his junior year and finished with 34 touchdowns. His senior year Board ran for 1805 yards, 27 touchdowns on 196 attempts which combined with his junior year makes him responsible for close to 4000 yards of offense. He is second only to Miami Dolphins running back Mark Higgs for Owensboro’s all-time rushers, but Landon Board hold records for longest rushing touchdown (99 yards) & longest run from the line of scrimmage (99 yards) & was is ranked #7 of top 50 in KY
