Jay Scrubb has THE most deceptive name in KY high school basketball and has been a rising star since the summer of 2016. The 2018 Trinity High School Shamrock’s center played well during the 2016 King of the Bluegrass tournament, averaging 15 points and 7 blocks in route to helping his team win the championship game, and first place in the 7th Region.
