Highlights for the Pikeville High School junior forward Cade Byers during the 2017 Whitaker Bank KHSAA Sweet 16 at Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY in which he scored 8 points and grabbed 2 rebounds. During the 2016-17 season Byers averaged 6.3 points and 3.7 rebounds per game helping the Panthers to a 23-9 record and 15th Region championship.
