Freshman Mackenzie Burdick scored her first career goal at APSU, heading in a corner kick off the foot of sophomore Michaela Iacono.

Eastern Illinois (1-5-0) fell at Belmont, 3-0, on Friday in Nashville.

This is the 17th all-time meeting between EKU and Eastern Illinois. The Colonels lead the series, 8-7-1, and are 5-0-1 against the Panthers in their last six meetings.
