The annual Jock ‘N Roll, an all student-athlete talent show, will be Feb. 8 at 9 p.m. in the Brock Auditorium on the Eastern Kentucky University campus. The money raised from this event will be donated to Hoops for Heroes.
This is a fundraiser that helps send one military veteran and their family to the Ohio Valley Conference basketball tournament.
For pre-sale tickets, catch Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) members at Powell Corner or stop by the Bratzke Center, room 103 in Alumni Coliseum. You can purchase these tickets from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. up until the event. Pre-sale tickets are on sale for $2. Tickets will be $3 if you purchase one at the door.
This year, SAAC is sending U.S. military veteran and aviation student Gage Colson and his wife to the tournament all expenses paid.
