Thomas More College took on President Athletic Conference (PAC) opponent Geneva College and came away with a 76-59 victory. The Saints improve to 15-6 overall and 11-3 in the PAC and remain in second place in the conference.

The Saints had eight players reach the scoring column today and shot 47.7 percent from the field after 40 minutes of play. Leading the Saints was sophomore guard Damion King (Winchester, Ky./George Rodgers Clark), who finished the game with 14 points and eight assists. Talking with player of the game, Damion King, we asked him what has brought this team together the last couple games to get such big victories over some tough opponents and he told us, “Honestly, togetherness and enthusiasm. I really think this team can do something special if we all just stick together through these last few games and throughout the tournament.”

The Golden Tornados of Geneva College finished the game with seven players reaching the scoring column. Finishing with the game-high was Jimmy Leichliter who finished with 17 points, while Tyler Crenshaw who finished with 11 points.
