Thomas More College swept the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) men’s tennis weekly honors on Monday.
Sophomore Derrick Kwok (Sugar Land, Texas/Stephen F. Austin) was named the PAC Men’s Tennis Player of the Week. He earned a won 6-3, 6-4 win at No. 1 singles Sunday in the Saints’ 6-3 setback against Roanoke in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
First-year Michael Kenney (Carmel, Ind./Guerin Catholic) was named the PAC Men’s Tennis Rookie of the Week. In Sunday’s 6-3 loss to Roanoke in Hilton Head, Kenney posted a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 4 singles.
The Saints are in action today (Tuesday, March 7, 2017) at 8:30 a.m. when they play DeSales University in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
