Thomas More College sophomore outfielder Mary Beth Odom (Taylor Mill, Ky./Dixie Heights) has been named the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Softball Hitter of the Week by the conference office.
Odom helped lead the Saints to a pair of conference sweeps last week, which capped an undefeated PAC regular season for Thomas More. She hit .462 (six-of-13) with three home runs, two doubles, nine runs batted-in and five runs scored. Odom finished the week with a 1.308 slugging percentage and a .500 on-base percentage.
Thomas More open this week’s PAC Championship Tournament as the No. 1 seed and will host No. 4 seed Thiel College at 12 p.m. on Friday (May 5) at Thomas More Field in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.
