For the first time in program history, the Murray State Racers women’s soccer team has received votes in the United Soccer Coaches poll.

Currently ranked 27th in the RPI rankings, the Racers continue to set new standards this year, continually climbing the rankings each week.

A win against Eastern Illinois on Thursday, October 19 at Cutchin Field and the Racers will host the OVC Tournament for the third straight year.

“I’m very proud that all the hard work from the players and staff is paying off. Looking forward to our next two game, we need to remain focused on the remaining regular season games,” said head coach Jeremy Groves
