The 16th region just opened up a little bit as the regions best player from Elliott County, Korbin Spencer, announced his transfer this morning to Hargrave Military Academy.
Spencer was ranked the 7th best player in the 2019 class when we released our player rankings earlier this summer. Spencer averaged 22.3 points per game for the Lions in 2016-2017. Spencer has led the Lions to three straight state tournaments and was in position to become the third player in the states history to play in five state tournaments joining Richie Farmer (Clay County) and Jeremy Anderson (Warren Central).
Continue to monitor the career or Spencer at Hargrave as his head coach is former Scott County standout, A.W. Hamilton.
