Coach Lollar On The Match
“I was real happy with way performed on the road today,” said head coach Alan Lollar. “This is a good place to shoot with a well-run match and we like shooting down here. We had a bit of a different travel team this week, due to Bobby dealing with some things relating to post-college job opportunities and Ben being sick. That being said, our younger members that don’t usually travel, like Shelby and Dana, were very good for us and really helped us shot our match without missing beat despite being down two of our seniors.”
“Kenzie and Barbara really stepped up in smallbore, as did Alathea, who was great today. Ivan much better today and all that combined led to our best smallbore of the year. Our air rifle was consistent with five shooters at 590 or better. I was pretty happy with that team score, although it was down a bit, but overall it was nice consistency nice match to end semester on. We will have shooters at both Winter Airgun and Junior Olympic trails and we wish them the best.”
