As part of the Horizon League’s partnership with ESPN, the Northern Kentucky men’s basketball game at Oakland on January 5th will air on ESPN2 with a 9 p.m. start the Worldwide Leader in Sports recently announced.
The contest is part of NKU’s two games set to air on the ESPN network of over-the-air stations, both of which are against Oakland this season. Northern Kentucky’s home game with the Golden Grizzlies on Friday, January 26, will air on ESPNU at 9 p.m.
The Norse also have five games this season airing locally on CW Cincinnati, including a 7 p.m. matchup with UIC on Saturday, Dec. 30. In addition to the two games that have already aired on CW Cincinnati, home games against Detroit Mercy (Jan. 28) and Green Bay (Feb. 10) can be viewed in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati region on the CW.
All of Northern Kentucky’s home games and the road slate during Horizon League play can also be seen on ESPN3, subject to viewing restrictions.
