Former UK MBB rookie PJ Washington sets NBA record for 3s in career debut for Charlotte

The Charlotte Hornets  No. 12 overall pick rookie forward PJ Washington has made five 3-pointers in the first half, tying an NBA record for the most 3s ever made in an NBA debut, going on in the 2nd half to set the record. During two seasons at Kentucky, Washington shot 42 percent from the 3-point line as a sophomore.
