Elizabethtown Prevails 48-44 vs McCracken County in Boys Sweet 16 Opener

In a thrilling high school basketball game, Elizabethtown emerged victorious over McCracken County with a final score of 48-44. The match was fiercely contested, with both teams experiencing scoreless droughts in the final minutes and multiple lead changes throughout the game.
