WKU Men’s Golf graduate student Luke Fuller commenced the first round of the NCAA Men’s Golf Regional in West Lafayette on Monday afternoon, displaying resilience and determination on the challenging course.

Fuller posted a 6-over 78 in the opening round of the Regional, navigating the course with precision and focus. Throughout the day, he demonstrated consistency by meeting par 10 times and sinking two birdies on the third and sixth holes, showcasing his versatility and skill.

The Kentucky native currently finds himself tied for 62nd heading into Tuesday’s second round, just four shots shy of breaking into the top-30 in the field. Despite the initial challenges, Fuller remains optimistic and determined to make significant strides in the upcoming rounds.
