Thomas More Men’s Soccer To Open NCAA Tournament Against Top-Ranked Calvin

The Thomas More College men’s soccer team will travel to University Heights, Ohio, just outside Cleveland on Friday (November 10, 2017) to play No. 1-ranked Calvin College in the first round of the 2017 NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Tournament. The match will be played at Don Shula Stadium on the campus of John Carroll University at 7:30 p.m.

The Saints (14-4-2) won the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) regular season and earned the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament by winning the PAC Championship Tournament.

The Knights (19-0-1) won the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) regular season earned the MIAA Tournament to receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

The winner of the first round match between the Saints and Knights will meet the winner of the other first round match between Ohio Wesleyan University and John Carroll on Saturday in the second round at 7 p.m.
