Georgetown College women’s basketball gets big win over Voorhees College

Georgetown College women’s basketball had a slow start – trailing by six early. However, the Tigers (4-8) rallied for a big 99-63 win Saturday over Voorhees College (1-12). Kennedy Flynn led the way with 21 points as GC used a balanced attack with 13 Tigers scoring. Shelby Beam and Michaela Kennedy came off the bench for 10 each. It was scattered from there with Hailey Ison hitting two foul shots late with her off hand – she has broken fingers on her shooting hand that is casted up to play.

GC is back in action 1 pm Saturday hosting Point Park University.
