The Eastern Kentucky University men’s and women’s basketball Alumni Weekend will be held February 9-10, in correlation with the Colonels’ home doubleheader against in-state rival Morehead State.
The weekend will kick off with the annual Alumni Game, which will be held on Friday, February 9 at 6:00 p.m. at McBrayer Arena. The Alumni Game is FREE and open to the public!
Following the Alumni Game, there will be a dinner at Gillum’s Sports Lounge in Richmond beginning at 8:30 p.m.
Families and children are welcome and encouraged to attend both events.
On Saturday, February 10, the women’s basketball team hosts Morehead State at 4:30 p.m., followed by the men’s team versus Morehead State at 7:00 p.m. There will be a Colonel Club/Alumni Day Reception in between games of the doubleheader (6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) in the Fred Darling Auxiliary Gym.
All women’s basketball alumni will be recognized at halftime of the women’s game, while all men’s basketball alumni will be recognized at halftime of the men’s game.
