KY Sports TV Media Access Guidelines
- Full Coverage Requirement
- All approved media must provide comprehensive coverage of the event, including pre-game activities, the game itself, and any post-game interviews and press conferences.
- Content Delivery and Branding
- All content (videos, photos, articles) must be made available to KY Sports TV within 24 hours of the event’s conclusion.
- The KY Sports TV logo must be prominently displayed on all content shared within this period. Guidelines for logo placement and usage will be provided to ensure consistency.
- Quality Standards
- Content must meet KY Sports TV’s quality standards, including resolution, audio clarity, and overall presentation. Detailed technical specifications will be provided upon approval.
- Editorial Integrity
- All media must adhere to journalistic standards of accuracy, fairness, and objectivity. Misrepresentation or distortion of facts is strictly prohibited.
- Access Limitations
- Media access may be subject to restrictions set by KY Sports TV or event organizers, including designated areas for filming and photography. All personnel must comply with these restrictions.
- Use of Footage and Materials
- Footage and materials provided by KY Sports TV or captured with KY Sports TV’s access are to be used solely for the agreed-upon coverage. Any additional use, including commercial purposes, requires prior written consent from KY Sports TV.
- Conduct and Etiquette
- All media personnel must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards players, coaches, officials, and other media members. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Confidentiality and Privacy
- Media must respect the confidentiality of sensitive information and the privacy of individuals involved. Any breach of confidentiality may result in revocation of media access.
- Health and Safety Protocols
- Media personnel must adhere to all health and safety protocols in place, including COVID-19 guidelines, if applicable. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event.
- Compliance and Enforcement
- KY Sports TV reserves the right to enforce these guidelines and take appropriate action against any violations, including revoking media access.
- Acknowledgment
- All media personnel must acknowledge and agree to these guidelines before receiving credentials. This acknowledgment serves as an agreement to comply with all outlined terms and conditions.
