Euler had a strong first start of the spring season, finishing the first round of play with a 2-over, 74. The freshman opened the day with two birdies on the first four holes, and is currently sitting at a tie for 38th on the individual leaderboard.
Junior Stephen Stallings had a successful opening nine holes, charting an eagle on the par-5, No. 4 and is currently 3-over, 75, and in a tie for 46th. Only four other competitors charted an eagle during the first round at Bulls Bay.

The Tournament Field:
The opening 18 holes saw only four teams with an under-par score. Charleston Southern leads the way with a 15-under score. Taylor Zoller leads the individual leaderboard after the first round with an 8-under, 64.
No. 16 South Carolina registered an 11-under score, which was good for second place. No. 10 Wake Forest is tied for third with Missouri, both at 4-under. No. 20 Duke rounds out the top five following a 1-over opening day score.
