Thomas More University sophomore guard Zoie Barth (Fort Thomas, Ky./Highlands) has been named this week’s Mid-South Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week.
Barth helped lead the eighth-ranked Saints to an overtime win over seventh-ranked Shawnee State University last week. She scored a game-high 22 points on seven-of-18 shooting from the field and five-of-eight shooting from the free-throw line. Barth also pulled down six rebounds, dished out a team-high-tying three assists and had one block and one steal.
Barth and the Saints return to the hardwood on January 31 when they host the University of Pikeville at 1 p.m. inside the Connor Convocation Center in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.
