Louisville Athletics Partners With Legends In of Study to Enhance Fan Experience

Louisville Athletics is launching a major study of its gameday experiences to gather feedback and improve the Cardinal fan experience. Partnering with Legends, a renowned third-party firm with expertise in the sports, entertainment, and leisure industries, Louisville aims to remove any biases from the study and leverage Legends’ extensive research experience and industry knowledge. The fan feedback phase of the study will begin with a focus on football, and a survey will be sent to a range of stakeholders, including season ticket members, via email next week. Louisville encourages all recipients to participate and help Legends advance the findings. “The results from these surveys will help inform the decisions we make in areas like infrastructure, operations, and staffing,” said Josh Heird, Director of Athletics. “We are excited to work with Legends and leverage their experience with some of the world’s most successful sports brands and venues.” The study will examine all aspects of the Louisville football and men’s basketball game experience, including quantitative data and qualitative feedback from the upcoming fan experience surveys. Many of the pricing elements will be key to understanding fan interest in new seating options and enhanced premium offerings. “I know we can count on our fans to let us know what they think,” said Heird. “We have one of the most passionate fan bases in the country, and Card Nation is as invested in the future success of this program as we are.”
